84 wagon a dilemma

Post by olddog642 » Sat Sep 18, 2010 10:55 pm

Well I have a little dilemma; I've been offered an 84wagon for $400 with a buggered gearbox although it does still work only its noisy. Oh it has had an engine change at some time and its now got a very healthy EA71 in it purrs like a kitten. Bodywise there is no rust and the interior is in good condition.
My problem is that I may have to sell one of my Brumby's as the yard is not large enough.
Oh well if I sell Scamp the spondolicks will help restore Scary and Swaggin.

Hey Hylton.. are you sure it's a EA71? as they normally have the EA81 :)

I would keep the Brumby ;)

G'day Paul,
yep its an EA71 as I double checked the casting above the engine number, somebody must have done a bit of work on it as it also has an electronic dizzy.
I'm going to keep both Brumbys if I can but I have kinda wanted a wagon as well eheheh bloody old pensioner needs something to do.

G'Day Bud.. EA71 with Electronic Dizzy is from the JDM L.Series.. nice engine but still only 1600cc :( It would be a good buy if you want 3 cars but don't worry.. I have too many to count :p so I can't talk.
