Ej20 boosting problems

well they were cleaned professionally by rotomotion placed back in the rails and tested. I then re-installed them in the engine rail and its doesn't seem to be leaking.

More than that i don't know. is there anyway of testing them?

Get either injector cleaner or some Dish washing detergent/water mix in a Spray bottle and spray the injectors around the seal. If it bubbles then there's an Air leak there.


After a little bit of a drive, Feel around the injector and see if it is wet.If so, check to see what it may be wet from.

Even if they aren't leaking externally they can leak internally and cause issues.

can i test internal leaks?

Would it be able to cause a fluctuating problem, changing from normal to weird to normal again?

i short...yes......malfunctioning injectors caus a lof of grief and are not easily diagnosed sometimes...lol....not saying its the prob...just throwing ideas around
