Guess I'll get the legal kit, seeing as it's going for an RWC in a few months. When will it be ready, and how much do you think it will cost?

In Victoria its normally around $60 - $66 for inspection.

Found out today form VicRoads after they saw a car for inspection as he was spewing that he couldnt get registered... he had re-drilled on the mags, its illegal to do that.

I know that tyre/mag wheels places do drill mag wheels to fit the right wheel, its illegal to do that but they aren't responsible to do that, its your responsiblity to have re-drilled on the mags. If you get caught by police, you'll get yellow sticker straight away or get the car impounded.


I am not too sure about the hub conversions.
