Alternator For '94 Liberty

Post by silver123103 » Tue Jun 15, 2010 10:48 pm

Hey guys i have a '94 liberty rallye gx 2.2l auto. Lately i have noticed the cars battery getting weaker so today i checked the alternator. it was running at 10v and when i turned the headlights on it dropped to 9.5v :s its meant to run at 14v so i was just wondering if anyone else has replaced the alternator and how much they payed??

Thank you :)

you'll be able to find one starting from 1989 Liberty right thru 2000s.... will fit

How much are they? In Victoria i can get one for $33 bucks.

Yeah but that price i said above is 2nd from wreckers.
You could get it reconditioned - I've forgotten what the price was but it was no more than $200, less than that, I think think it was $160 something like that.
