What sensor is...

Post by ScubyRoo » Thu May 13, 2010 9:44 pm

Bugger, two perished wires just broke on the tranny as I was swapping it out. No worries saysI, there's another one on the wrecking tranny - DOH wires are also broken argh!

So.... what is the sensor right next to the low range selector cable on ej casings? I'm guessing its the switch for the 'low' light on the dash?

will the tranny still run fine without this sensor? I was really hoping to get the sucker in tonight...

Cheers,
Owen.

Shove it in mate! Its just the switch for the low range light on the dash. No sensors on your gearbox as you've got a speedo cable ;)
