Would a 93 RS Lib wagon have dual range?

No.Pretty sure they are only available in single range.

Check out the VIN number

JF1BF5 will mean its a genuine RS 2.0 turbo

JF1BF6 should mean its a 2.2L (i think)

I havent got the book with me so i cant be sure

No Ej turbo ever came with dual range.

also 260kph speedo, Momo wheel + gear knob. Sedan have different rear window garnishing as well

best indication (as mentioned) is VIN and a discussion with Subaru Aust to confirm - there are plenty of clones out there
