did not look at your link. Did you get your set up off 4WD L series yourself or buy it off someone who claimed/thought it was 4WD. FWD Vortesx had disc rear that don't just bolt up to work on 4WD as far as I find out on here

Did you forget the washers that go on the bolts?

When i installed mine (3 years ago) i seem to remember the same thing. Without the washers, the bolts are too long and rub on the disc.

I cant remember without looking at it, and i no longer own an L series

What we need is for somebody with an RX (or a GLAT like Steptoe) to go out and check what washers they have.

I had a similar problem with my brumby when I put the discs on the back one side was fine the other rubbed against the disc one of the bolts was touching the disc it was probably my tighten it up until its rock solid approach that caused it but a washer on each bolt stopped the problem

this is how I did it

I'm sure these are the spring washers. I had the same problem when I installed my rear discs - only it was one bolt, not all of them.

Get a spring washer on there and you won't have a problem. I love my rear disc setup, but it does get a little noisy if I drive on dirt for a while, otherwise they're quiet - that's a complaint I've had others share with me, I hadn't noticed before they said anything...

Cheers
