u will have to strip it down if u want to weld it up .
so u can clean it all up before it is welded

it is good but if it gos over 98c not good at all gos all soft and sticky

Just had to bit the buillet and pulled my block out today and got it tig'ed up! It worked really well even the guy doing it was surprised... Just need to get the thread sorted on the oil pressure sender and i am all done!
I did smach my old record down to hour to pull the motor out and about hour and half to put it back in!

that is not bad for doing a engine .
i did my clutch in 3hours when i replace it some time back
