concidering that the shed behind is brand new and the roof is shorter than his tank, Im thinking he is going to sell his old setup and buy a smaller setup (and regret it)

and yes his marketing skills suck but that will play better to the buyer who realises the potential of the motor, compressor and tank

Yeah I recently bought half assembled compressor (no pistons just the tank and motor alone etc), i was only after 5.5 HP 3 phase motor for a saw (that is working now with new bearings), not the compressor, paid $25 for it, saves me spending $300-$400 for 4kw motor 3 phase.
