saw an advert in a paper SMHerald Good weekend? for a mobile breakdown service known as NRMA. Depicts what looks like a reliable Japanese made Subie Forester if I am not mistaken, supposedly broken down. Of course, they had to photochop steam spewing out from under the bonnet. So, if it is a Subie, is that false advertising? A second case of dreamtime abuse would be to suggest that a rescue vehicle would arrive anywhere near the time the steam escapes! Advertising execs , phhhffftt. Maybe chop their budget and get 'em into something Subaru and for their next ad use a depiction I have seen now at least four times now - Rangeys with their bonnet upon the side of the road, or saw two old Mercs and a coupla falcons off on the side in the 38 degree day tooo!
Off to pick up my hi flow 170 thermostat....
