parcel tracking - a mistake?

Post by steptoe » Sat Dec 12, 2009 9:49 am

I am expecting another little parcel from overseas, this time the freight is by senders choice only and five times the cost of the preferred carrier yet it is trackable online. I have just checked to find it HAS arrived at the delivery depot at 1.00AM 14DEC09. A description of the term used indicates it is there, yet expected delivery has been delayed by one more day on the original expected delivery day. Seeing as though in eastern Oz at current time no one in the world is even in the 13 DEC 2009 yet. We are only halfway into the twelfth!!

if you know the company, call them to manually track the parcel, happened to me with hunter express a few weeks ago and got "lost" but it was signed off by me but i said it never came and i never signed it off, 3 days later they found it and someone else signed off by mistake. Do you have insurance on it?
Cheers
