Unsafe theatre practises - time to be scared

And to think I have to cope with finding this and explaining to people - no you cannot use that and then destroying it.

Mmm... how about this... I got called out to a job on a farm (I'm an woodworking tech.) and I arrived there, That his "saw" isn't working, not starting up, thought ok, I've got a job to go to, I arrived to the farm, Said to this guy, "who I am and what can i help with" he said come to the workshop, and pulled out cement cutter... and I thought and raced in my mind WTF..... my jaws dropped, then I quickly wrote out an invoice that he had to pay me $80 for my time to come, and walked off, job isn't done.... guess what?

It was an petrol cement cutter with approx 430-480mm saw blade on it.....(!) it gave me shivers down the spine.... He has been using it to cut red gum sleepers for the garden.... He must have been pretty dumb!
Cheers

I work for Haymans Electrical (wholesale elec supplies like cable and power pints etc) amd if i had a $1 for every time some has walked in and said " my electrician mate is coming up to do some work and i need this?" or " i want to put power to my shed what cable do i need?" i would be rich!!

Electicity is a nasty thing to play with and to think people do it and not have any idea what they are doing sends shivers down my spin!!!
