engine stabiliser bar...

Post by the gumbi brumby » Sun Jul 26, 2009 2:03 am

somthing was squeeking under the dash. it turned out to be the bracket on the fire wall. never put the bar back in after installing liftage! fixed! no more noise but gear box mounts are not very happy with that recent decision

question can the bracket be rewelded with out risk on fire inside cabin

No. Welding is VERY hot. Is the bracket busted? Or do you just need a longer stay rod?
