drive shafts
i hear lib drive shafts can be used in L's (rx with same innner spline count on gearbox to ej) true or not? pics with the two shafts together would be nice

No you can't use them, they are too long.
however note that when installing a Crossbred Performance brake upgrade kit to your L series, you use Lib front driveshaft. This is due to the custom front control arms which allow you to run the Liberty hubs and place them in the correct location to use these shafts.

Gee says that the taper is reamed out larger on the same taper to fit the different Lib ball joint shank , center to center length is unaltered .
The Lib shafts just fit an L Series with Lib/Imp uprights but you do lose lots of plunge depth in the DOJ's . XT6 shafts would be the right length to use if you could get them .
I measured up L RX and 1st gen Lib FWD front shafts (same 25 splines both ends of both shafts) and from memory they are 490 and 525mm - I posted the lengths so do a search , the XT6 front shafts are a unique in between length and I posted that as well .
Cheers A .

Yeah the Crossbred control arms are slightly longer aswell as having a different hole for the ball joint. What is the advantage you are trying to achieve by using Lib shafts?
