Subaru price rise from April 1st

Post by tribecaMY09 » Sat Apr 04, 2009 8:18 pm

Not an april fool day joke. :p

I was warned by the car saleman back in March that there will be a price rise in April.

I thought it was just a sale pitch and didn't believe him, but the price did go up. Around $500 for the Tribeca that we bought. I think similar rise for the other models too.

The Tribeca top model was $60,990 and now $61,490.

Interesting decision during the tough financial period.

I'm sure they will argue it's the devaluation of the AU dollar. Funnily enough, when the AUD went to 95+ US cents nobody reduced their prices...

And the price we pay for auto's here is a joke anyway...even the ones made here.
