a/c problem

hi everyone.
my ac has been stuffed since 6,omths ago. but now that's 48 here i'm willing to do the effort of fixing it. when i turn on the fan, 2 of my fuses blew being the heater ones. i checked the fan motor and all is ok. what could it b?

I'd try to check all the wiring to see if there's a dead short, especially if you've fitted an aftermarket CD headunit or the like, a wire may have gone astray and worn through its plastic tubing... Also, are you talking about the air conditioning specifically or the fan for the vents etc?
