06 Forrie towbar wiring

Post by Point » Sat Dec 27, 2008 7:32 pm

so Dad gets a towbar for chrissy, and it's my job to fit it. Genuine, new from Subaru, comes with very detailed fitting instructions on how to bolt the thing on, but no help with where the wiring connector is. It came with a loom that looks as though it will plug into the factory wiring somewhere, but without pulling trim out until i find it (plan B), i don't really know where to start.

anyone have an idea where to plug this loom in?

Connector is just below the LH tail light in the quarter panel/boot floor trim.
Just pull out all the boot floor, and a couple of the 1/4 trim clips which should have enough movement to route and plug in the harness.

No idea about the module, didn't watch the video, but AUDM cars don't have any extras (towbar, nuts, bolts, washers, harness and instructions).
