do drum brake rear end subaru have a line pressure valve fitted? if so where is it?
i read on here about plenty of rear drum to disc conversions but no mention of the rlp valve. the purpose of this valve is to hold some pressure in the rear lines so as to stop the brake shoe springs pulling all the way back in, resulting in a very low brake pedal height.
if you use a rlp valve with discs it holds the brakes on.
they were fitted on other cars on the outlet port for the rear brakes at the master cylinder.
what the go with subarus?
