Got a pic of the problem? I'm not really making sense of exactly what you're after - a window winder handle I'm guessing?!

Cheers

Yes, a window winder handle not of MY or L but same splines and longer deep set splined drive section. Picture a spline poking out of door trim, only just and not enough to fir MY or L handle. An L winder bit has a 15mm shorter splined shaft than MY.

Like said in another post, tis sorted, but good to find handle for future problems

Glad you've already found a solution, what model vehicle did you get it from incase others happen to need to do the same?

Cheers

Answer is not going to help as the donor for my 84 Brumby manual window was a 92? targa roofed, intermittent wiper switch (thinking factory or dealer optioned despite other swearings), manual window equipped Brumby so no longer a modification or conversion

thought I need a sort of splined tube to make my own winder handles out of, but mangled Brumby door released a pretty good, slightly bent from the RNA (rather nasty accident) - thanks to 1.00mm thick grinder cutting disc :)

there !! excuse #3 so far to have bought a dualsaw !! Price dropped to $198 at W a while back

#1 was for cutting fibreglass safety tread mesh sheets, #2 deck cutting
