2003 Liberty GT Premium 2.0L turbo

Post by goyds700 » Thu Apr 14, 2011 12:05 am

hi everyone

im looking to purchase a new car and have been looking into buying a 2003 liberty GT premium 2.0L turbo wagon.
it has 170 000km on the clock but other than that is in really good nick

i was wondering whether 170 000km is a bit much i.e. is the car going to cost me too much in maintenance when it starts getting around 200? and what kind of problems can i expect?

thanks in advance
David

I dont think so, i bought my Outback with about 170k on it, and i havent had any trouble, and im over 220k in it now.

My brothers Gen1 Liberty has 370k on it, and although it is a little rough, it still runs well.

MY 1992 RS Turbo wagon had 330,000 on it and it was almost perfect and never missed a beat !!
