2003 subaru impreza RS 2.5L - lowering

hey, i've got a 03 impreza rs and i want to lower it and was wondering if going the ultra low king springs (3 inches) would affect the car in anyway?

also, i want to eventually put rims onto the car, what size and brand would be good for the car?

and, finally, are there any other modifications that could be down to my car?

please help me out
