how to ID subie intercooler

I bought a genuine intercooler off here some time back, someone from pineapple country ?? Jeff??. think it is wrx or rs.

Is it the black plastic ? hose that comes off a stinking hot turbo and bends and snakes its way to the IC - then the big 2.5 or 3 inch outlet goes to throttle body ?

surely plastic ain't that good yet to take HOT air off turbo ?
