Impreza advice

Post by Rabbitoh » Tue May 15, 2007 8:18 pm

Hi Guys,

Thinking of getting an Impreza, don't want a WRX as someone will probably pinch it ,but thinking about a RS 2.5 does anyone know of any problems with these models. Trading my V6 2000 Camry Conquest with 90K's on it. Keeping my EA82T so I'll have two different eras of Subarus.

Thanks.

Biggest danger is you might not want to get out of the Impreza and back into your L!!!

Or you'll lift it, whak a turbo in there and some muddies to boot...

There's a guy in Romsey with a 3 inch lift in a late 90's impressa sports wagon, looks really mean.

...YES...I can certainly relate to this...

Ive owned my trusty ol 'L' for nearly 7yrs now and been very content with the 'ol battle axe'....

Then I went and bought a 2002 Bug Eye WRX Impreza and WOW...talk about chalk n cheese!

Since then I have decided.....well, more 'NEEDED' to upgrade the 'HEART' of my ol battleaxe to give her more punch. So she is soon to get a 'low kms 1999 EJ25' from an Outback along with AWD and throwing in a 2" lift kit for good measure too.

;)

But....I love BOTH my cars very much and couldnt part with either of em....!!!

GO THE REX!!!! You wont regret it...!
