turbo crossmember probs

i have a turbo crosmember in my L and with the ej22 in the exhaust hits on the right where the scallop is.Is the n/a crossmember different below the area which is scalloped on a turbo Xmember?anyone else experienced the exhaust hitting when a ej has gone into a L?can the be fixed without replacing the crossmember?

Are the engine mounts sitting down properly on the holes?

problem solved.anyone doing a ej22 into l don;t use a turbo xmember use a n/a one or you'll have trouble with the exhaust headers.
