4 inch MY lift kit what's missing ?

Hi guys, I have a 4 inch lift kit and I'm sure there are some parts missing, namly 2 bolts for the rear cross member and 1 cylindrical block (there's one extra bolt that is very lonel with no block

Also which steering and trans type is the extension for ?

as far as i can remember that cylindrical block and 2 bolts is all thats missing there

will probably need a new lower radiator hose and cut the end off your air cleaner housing if its carbed

and the steering extension looks the same as the one i got for manual steering
