Gees, I am having trouble in photobucket in being able to copy paste a link to my pics just uploaded. Have eliminated all options but easy option so just an img link should available, but won't let me click on it in rhs of window. I fumble about, get into a thumbnail gallery and then can copy img info under the pic and there is the result above.

It is in Subaru chat, so must be Subaru, has Mitsubishi logo on things
Any guesses ?

Hey Steptoe,
Botophucket couldn't be easier once you know how!
Log onto site..
Click onto gallery.
Click on pic you want to post.
Once pic comes up in larger format you will see some symbols directly above it.
Look for the one that looks like a paper clip (in between the envelope and 'edit') now left click on it and a menu box will open.
Go to the very bottom one 'IMG' codes.
Now one left click on that and its copied! You will see the code turn yellow for a split second as it says 'copied'.
Back to forum, right click paste...done!!

Hope that helps!

Cheers, John

Yes, it is a distributor, and what stands out is a lesson for us all. Do not put too much grease on the cam lobes. The plastic power connector is covered in grease. I wonder what the inside of the cap looked like?

Thanks for the tips fellas. Imageshacks new overhaul became very much easier, so now I just ned to get used to the bucket. I was uploading then trying immediately without doing it from my library - of two pics :)

Yes, pic is of a Subaru points dizzy, immaculately clean inside it. The filth on the outside may have been rocker cover gasket. Should make some enthusiasts froth at the mouth and is packed up ready for its next owner, who shall remain nameless, from my side.

I'm going to hazard a guess here and say it is a 1990 fiori points distributor, that I'm swapping for the EA82T ECU from my vortex :)

Bang on the mark Jules! looks like genuine factory grease down the centre of the shaft. The points even have the Mitsu logo stamped into them - originals or genuines at least. I think I was the first to open this dizzy up ! And of course Jules has no plans to put this in a Fiori either :)

Might have been the deal of the century, buy one car, get two dizzies. He was fair with Lees' Brumby price.

What the hell would I do with a Fiori on the other side of the country?

Just as I suspected...

RSR 555 posts per day = 2.77
Steptoe posts per day = 3.26

But it seems you have been pipped at the post by El_Freddo who has a day rate of 3.28

I wonder if Bennie has been given any awards for his contribution to this wonderful website :)
