Diff/Transfer/Gearbox Breather Questions

Post by B00sting » Sat Jan 21, 2012 2:48 pm

Hi all,

I would like to fit a rear diff breather to my brumby, I have got under the car and had a look, it looks like I would need to pull the diff out to fit anything, as I can't even see the stock breather?

What else should I look at giving a breather? Perhaps the gearbox?

Does anyone have any pictures of breather setups on a brumby or similar? This would be helpful.

I plan to run all breather lines up a snorkel, which will also be fitted.

My intention is to have a water resistant engine bay even if no major water crossings need to be negotiated.

Cheers.
