JDM Front cuts with ground system?

Post by guyph_01 » Fri Aug 26, 2011 1:35 pm

Hi guys,

Why do most JDM front cut come with those ground systems? Are they really usefull?

I got myself one front a subaru front cut. Only paid $40 for it. Its the one on the link below
http://www.sun-auto.co.jp/english/engli ... hyper.html

I Google'd it and found those forums talking about it
http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showth ... voltage%29
http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-engine ... ystem.html
http://www.zerotohundred.com/newforums/ ... buy-2.html

They only say good this about them.

I'm thinking of getting the car to run properly first, get used to it and then install it to see if it really makes a difference.

Thoughts?

you dont need one of those kits to upgrade our ground wiring. The factory grounds are pretty tiny so it never hurts to clean the mounting points and run some bigger wire.

from reading those articles this unit is meant to increase horepower by giving cleaner earth power.

Peter Brock had a little gizmo called the polariser

you might want to try and find one of them as well Guy :)
