hey guys just purchased myself my first car!
a 2002 forester x it currently has black bumpers and want
to match the bumpers to the rest of the car (white). anyway i was
wondering how hard is it painting it yourself, has anyone done it before DIY.
my plan was to wash, sand any imperfections then take it down to a 1200 wet and dry. Then apply few coats of primer then rub it back then apply paint (few coats). then to finish a clear coat.
i would ensure my prep is thorough because i know how important preparation is in obtaining a good result.. any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey mate
A- sign up to ozfoz.com.au, it's all explained over there how to do it
B- that procedure sounds pretty good, but did you want them to be completely smooth or still have the dimples and stuff like factory?
