Liberty questions?

start again,my bad!!!!! sorry paul.
looking at getting 05/06 or 07 liberty gt automatic.preference is for the 2.5t.can anyone tell me what transmissions are used in these models?i am completely new to subaru's so please have patience & dont hesitate to set me right.are there any pro's/con's with these models? can someone suggest any places in brisbane to get parts for mods & work done?what is the normal size aftermarket rim fitted to these models? any help you can give re basic mods,ecu,exhaust,would be most helpful.i have heard that the power fc is a good unit,does it fit these models or is there a better option.sorry for all the questions but as i said this is a whole new area for me.

Hi and welcome Warrick,

Not sure what combos of engine/gearbox will come in the 07 GT Liberty auto but my best guess it's only available as a 2.0 ltr turbo and this engine is fine. As for mods then it all depends on you budget. I find a good quality exhaust system (turbo back) I like Xforce systems for price and sound, a good cold air intake (try Ebay and pick one that doesn't look cheap) and a EcuTek tune will do you just nicely

the engines are 2.5turbo or the 2.0 turbo on some of the sti tuned cars.does anyone know what the trans is in any of the gt models?is it tiptronic or something else?i believe the power fc is the way to go?best bang for buck.are these suitable for this year/model of car?where in brisbane to get this work done?
