Be an interesting concept though in very limited numbers 22B style .

The hard part won't be getting 395 hp from 2.5 liters it'll be getting the ally superstructure to do it reliably .
Also one hopes that they can get a bit more structural rigidity into a long split cased gearbox .

I think performance wise heads manifolds and turbocharging will be where its at , the revolving and reciprocating bits will be there for reliability .

You can double the 40 sterling to 80+ pacific paseos and throw 20+ on top for good luck .

Unless they plan on cutting the door frames off they are wasting their F&%K&$G time!! Bring back the MY99, A Subaru with door frames is not a Subaru at all. I guess we can blame GM, or Toyota for that. Might as well go and buy a mazda3!

i agree...i love it how i can get outta my car withthe windows down and not get knocked out! haha
