Jaffa.....about 10 or 12 minutes from you buddy!

Single garage for now, but it opens up to the backyard. 700square metre block, one of the first things to go in will be a 2.5car size garage/shed. Store 2 cars in there plus heaps of space for workbenches and tools.

Well, its a "renovator's delight" so I wont be moving in for quite a while. Settlement isnt for another 5 weeks, and I expect the essential renovations to take at least 3 weeks after that.

Mabey I'll make some kind of Subaru obstical course in the backyard :)
