Was reading in the latest Motor mag at the fish shop on Sunday to discover they use a method to get acceleration times such as the 70kph to 90kph times. They do not sit at seventy then floor it and note time when it hits 90. They have a measuring device that does the time between speeds and they floor it at 60kph first ! Allows for autos to kick down before hitting 70. Sort of sheds a little light on how they achieve their times - almost deceptive unless each time chart states the flooring at 60 to measure 70 to 90ET
