What redline oil for d/r 4spd ea81 box

My gearbox was really notchy when cold expecially when changing into second. I bought some Valvoline apgli 5 80/90 oil i think and that made it a fair bit better. I then heard all these great testimonials off the usmb and go me think mine could be better.

I looked on their site but I was bit skectical as they thought our front diffs should run differnt oil than the gear box and we have seperate transfer case aswell

What wieght redline oil should I use for brisbane conditions?
