what is this MY coolant part?

[steptoe]

it comes off the water pump to heater steel pipe behind the alternator on a 92 Brumby. The other end goes to the carby warmer pipe on inlet manifold. I have not seen it on earlier MY models . It looks to be an adjustable? bleeder or something. The direction of flow is I think FROM the manifold TO the water pump

any knowledge or better guesses

PS. might have answered my own question - adjustable flow of hot water out of manifold under carby for 'tuning' or 'emissions'

yea my older moadel ea81 motor had that to i just ditched it seamed a bit sus 4 my likeings but u would have to b close by sayin it adjust the flow of water to the carby
