Very original Brat in the States
Thought you guys might like this ad I stumbled while seeing if I could find some Brat Jump seats for my Brumby. Toying with the idea of making it into a Brat so to speak, badge on tailgate targa stripes & rear seats.

You can get the BRAT stickers from the guy in this link - it's an old one that Sven 2 has found again, so I've linked you to that thread for reference.Rodeo4jake wrote:Thought you guys might like this ad I stumbled while seeing if I could find some Brat Jump seats for my Brumby. I personally think the brat thing is an american thing, all you would need is a classic 80's pinstripe and you'd be sorted! But it's not my brumby

As for the jump seats, if you're keen on original you could find a US member and import them, but they could be worth more than the brumby itself after shipping etc.
Cheers

Yeah I think your right, a set of original Brat seats might cost too much to make this dream come true. This guy in the states makes nice Brat stripes & does custom designs too. I got a 4wd shifter sticker from him for my console recently.El_Freddo wrote:You can get the BRAT stickers from the guy in this link - it's an old one that Sven 2 has found again, so I've linked you to that thread for reference.

You can buy these rims as blanks off e bay and have them drilled, and after seeing the results,i'm glad i didn't! They'd probably look ok with big tyres if you wanted that big, offroad look which is not what i'm after.Purnell tyres in brisbane does them to order. $255 for this style per rim, plus drilling cost (they do ) plus postage, check out this page for some modern 4 stud alternatives...

Car is dark green, has roof racks, no phone number so you'll need to PM him on PWRX if interested....Car is down Freo way.
This is an expression of interest sale for my 2001 Subaru Forester.
This has been a great car, drives very well and is unbelievably practical; but I've been given another car more suited to my needs and cannot justify owning two vehicles myself.
The car is in good condition, with the inside immaculate in the front and rear, with just some scuffing in the boot as you can expect. The exterior is in good condition, but admittedly, could do with a cut and polish.
The car has been well maintained, with regular oil changes every 5000km, and approx every 20,000 for the drivetrain.
Althought the KM are quite high, the engine was overhauled in late 2011 at 214,000km. This included new headgaskets, all engine seals, fresh clutch, as well as other minor service items, including new front CV shafts, front left wheel bearing and so forth. The car does have aircon but WILL need to be regassed. It currently isn't completely fitted (compressor not installed) but can negotiate installing it if buyer is genuine. Also, there is a set of brand new disc rotors that I will be installing if I think there is a genuine buyer.
The car still drives great, with no crunching in the gear box, a smooth idle, grunty acceleration for a N/A and good fuel economy (around 8L/100km if you don't flog it).
I'm asking $5000 for it, which I believe is a fair price, given the service history and the condition the vehicle is in. I'm not desperate to sell, I don't NEED the money, so please, reasonable offers only. I'm open to offers, trades, swaps, what ever, just please don't waste my time or yours. I pride myself on being honest and I will happily tell you the car's full history as I've owned it and will point out any of it's flaws so you know exactly what you are looking at.
Thanks!

Tidy looking Fiori with what looks like factory/dealer striping so never been pranged before, current bid $1.00
Looks like it needs a headlight and might have had a small punch in the bum, 3 days left, Warrnambool, VIC, internet auction.

MY touring wagon - auto
I saw this little beast in Shepparton the other day - Auto MY touring wagon. The body is in great condition, I couldn't find any rust looking over it as it was on the street.
The interior - dash has a crack in the centre of it and the rear seat is torn/worn a bit.

Phone number as per pic above if anyone's interested. Nice colour too but has a beige interior.
Cheers
