1984 l series back seats

hi all. ive just bought a 1984 l series in sydney. it only has the 2 front seats. i need the back set, and seatbelts. im wondering if seats from the later model will fit? any help is greatly appreciated.

1984....are you sure it's an L series?

This is an L series (1985 to 1994);

If you want to know if L series rear seats will fit into an MY, I don't think they do.

Andrew T, yep, the L series sedan came out in 1984 with the wagon following in '85. My sister has an L that's an '84.

I'm guessing your after the back seat for a sedan then? What colour?

But thanks for that info El_freddo, I never realized the sedans came out in 84!
I had an `85 wagon and thought it was the first L series released.

whitepc you should be able to pick up a pair of rear seats for an MY wagon pretty cheap from a wrecker or check your local trading post paper for people wrecking a wagon.
