ea82 box into my info on diff ratios

i'm instaliing an ea 82 d/r box into my m.y leone just wondering if anyone has done this with the 14" wheels and what it will do to my hill climbing abilty will it make it harder for me

What size tyres have you on the 14's

there 185 r14

Yeah that shouldnt be too bad you will loose a bit of power but very little and from recolection 5th in the ea82 box is slightly taller than the 4th gear in the 4 speed ea81 so you may find on long hills you will need to change back to 4th, will also depend on how fresh your engine is as well.
