Exhaust

Post by Suba » Thu May 15, 2008 11:33 am

Just a quick note about a member on this board that yesterday installed a 3'' stainless exhaust to my wagon that I had previously taken to no less than 3 exhaust shops and they all ended up not doing the job as they said it was all to hard for them to fit my 3'' stainless exhaust .
RSR555 actually contacted me to see if I would like him to do the job and of course i didnt hessitate , this was actually at about 9pm while he was still down at his workshop and he said to take it down straight away if that suited me , which of course I was in the car in a flash and on my way to his workshop .
Paul rang me the next day to say all done , had done an awsome job which required some maods to fit it as it was actually designed for the wrx, the exhaust sound mint .
Thanks again Paul.

Mike.

Not a problem Mike ;) It's always a pleasure. I hope the cost wasn't too much :D

It is a cannon , cant reaLly call it a mufler :), if you look through the cannon I am sure that I can see the wastegate :) lol.
I feel like a seventeen year old with his first hot car :).
Might have to get Paul to take it for a drive so I can hear it from outside of the car.

I've often wondered about that with my car - even though its a bog standard L exhaust... Would still like to know what it sounds like at full throttle from the outside...

Sounds like you got a good product ;) What's it in? The RS wagon (if that's what it is, can't remember)?

Cheers
