Lifted Liberty
Lifted Liberty
I finally got the Lib down to Suby Wan Kenobi's to do the suspension lift it's all done but now it's leaking oil it looks like the rear engine seal. So now I have to get the oil leak fixed and get the A/T tyres fitted. And a big thanks to Suby Wan Kenobi for doing this for me.

Looks good.
Are you going to trim the guards and fit 29" rubber like what Dave has done, or do you have other plans?
Is that an inside pic of Dave's shed? .....
..... he must have done some tidying up since I last saw it.

look great mate.
needs outback trailing arm mounts to move those rear wheels backwards...
what tyres are you looking at fitting? I have goodyear wrangler ATR's on those rims and they have been great. 205/75R15 which is about 27.5"
I find this is a good size for an NA liberty, doesn't overgear the car too much. The worst thing you can do is go too big on tyres and lose all your power.
You booked in for a wheel alignment? Get the outback brackets in there first and then go get it all lined up

how do you guys up north always find bargain wheels
You have got me keen to redo the suspension in mine now.
I am thnking of going back to 2" tops all round in my car. all outback gear like you have, with standard height fronts and raised rears so when its full of camping gear it sits level.
hopefully... befure we take off in June

Can I ask - how come you choose Pedder's raised springs instead of Kings? - I am not saying you should have gotten Kings, just curious how come? I've always thought kings were better?¿ Also could you take a picture directly rear wheels without outback trailing arms to point out the difference between with and without OBW trailing arms.
