here today about an hour ago it absolutely p1ssed down, one of the lady's at work cam back from picking her kids up and was like "oh you cars a re flooded btw" so here is a pic, luck the lib is lifted, not a drop inside!! cant say much for workmates hyundi 2 cars up, full of water!!!!!

apparently it was deeper, just at the bottom of my doors at one point!!

Arrr crap its looked like that for 3 day now and still not a drop.

You fella's need to make the most of the mud when it dries up... until then you'd better get some snorkels fitted.

Not to hijack but i do hope that you other Qld fellas are high and dry (i use to have it when my garage would flood... everything 1/2 a meter off the ground) and keeping safe with all that flood water around - end hijack.

check 4 water in the diff etc.

my last 4wd that i built and had fun scaring subarus on fire trails:twisted:
full NSW rego. 270liters diesel. 140liters of water. airide suspension on front axle.
self contained for a week with 6 adults. Island cab was cut and narrowed 300mm to fit the chassis.
Great fun off road. Now lives in FIJI as a mobile dentists truck.

yeah sure was lucky, good thing was the car had'nt moved all day so things were cold so no water should have been sucked in, but will be checking tomorrow arvo anyway!!

could believe how much rain we had it was heavy for an hour or so and its still drizzling now!!

It was pissing down on my way home I drove past there but it was raining to much to see anything lucky the libs lifted Bryan it allways floods there as the drains can't handle the water.
