Turbo and Wing

Today i just got a 1999 Legacy 30th anniversary Limited
i want 2put in a Turbo charger
what is the best brand and how do I install it

i was also thinking about putting on a bigger wing possibly the STI, would this fit? Or are the any better looking/fitting wings available?
If anybody has any experience or good ideas please let me Know

Best bet is to start with the same model front cut in a turbo spec
