have you:
jacked up car
undone the 3 alignment bolts on hte arm you replaced
let wheel drop
retighten
should fix your problem. Better solution would be a proper wheel alignment...

vincentvega... What does this actually do??? Is this something that should be done regularly? I have heard of it being done... but never done it myself.
