New spot found near bunbury

Post by Lapsed » Mon Jun 11, 2007 9:32 pm

I went 4x4ing with my Bro and a few mates near Bunbury. Good spot a but of mud and a few decent hill climbs. should be good for a day trip.

While there i proved the benefits of owning a Subaru. I bent my first control arm and radial rod. Everyone was worried how I was going to get home. I just whipped out my spare which shocked most of them and proceeded to swap it mid hill climb. It impressed a few of the boys that drive cruiser's, patrol's and such. So today I went to pick-a-part and got a spare one, hehe. I will post pic's up as soon as i get some.

I would be very interested in checking this out too... i hope u know how to get there so we can all go.

I went and did some 4wding down in Margret River recently and found some awesome tracks to... they were a little too extream for what a lot of people are going to want to drive through though.

not sure when my bro can guide us. may be in sept. Here is a page with some of the tracks and stuff that here goes on http://www.happyg.mine.nu/4wd%20web/index.htm . The first two links are of the recent trips my car is in the jun 07 link.

the site belongs to a mate of his. My bro drives the cruiser with the blue number plates.

Thought I'd tease with it. also he hopes to come up some time in august to have a go at the powerlines.
