I have been putting off fixing my sunroof leak for a while now as it involves pulling the hood lining out. That said you can put an air gun up there and with only about 30psi blow the lines out, the hoses are located either in a sedan behind the inner guards at the base of the A pillar at the front and in the boot behind the under floor side panel. Or in a wagon at the same spot at the front and at the rear in behind the storage pockets in the cargo area. If you can get away with just blowing the lines out i would put up with it unless you want to pull the inners of the car out, in which case you will need a covered area, some mastic not silastic and a day or so of your time.
