Anyone here own the Lifted ash grey liberty wagon?

Post by El_Freddo » Mon Apr 16, 2007 12:00 pm

Hey all!

While in adelaide i passed a guy with a lifted Liberty wagon that was an ash grey in colour, nice looking car (gave hime the thumbs up). he then passed me after i'd found a park. Nice note and an impressive looking car. Just wondering if it was anyone on this forum?

My car was a metallic blue L series of standard height, with a roo bar and 3 spotties between the posts of the roo bar, 13 inch sunnies in a sorta grey colour, white'ish dust from naracoorte region (i don't get this over here so its a novilty for me)

Would love to know if it was anyone from here. I would have liked to stop for a chat too but obviously that didn't happen.

Cheers

I've never heard a EG33 AFAIK, it sounded like an EJ with a sweet exhaust. The driver was a young looking guy, i would say late 20's with brown hair...

I love seeing a good subi, and yours even though the only thing that didn't look stock was the ride height, it still caught my attention - that's how i would want a liberty if i ever got one.

As for my L series, i'm planning on a three inch lift some day, it'll most likely be a two inch due to legalities in vic, but it too is my pride and joy. I'm also going to be gettin a windscreen sticker advertising the site when i have some play money saved up (try an "show up" these p plater's street cred with my lil 4x4...).

Well, i might see you on the next trip, maybe even stop and have a chat or something (i love my cars so there's an endless topic) or maybe you could show me a 4wd track you enjoy, anyway, possibilities, i'll leave it at that.

Thanks for your post, glad to know that i've sited a second forum member!

Cheers
