I think oz wants a manifold to work on in order for seamless exchange, rather than render a daily off road until it is sorted

Correct
I have a 32/36 Weber and I found an EA82 manifold that I didn't know I had.
It was sitting on an EA81 spare motor I had that just was running the weber.
Must of all been done for me before swapping the engine out.

So do you still need an EA82 manifold?
