Post by NachaLuva » Wed Nov 02, 2011 3:15 pm

http://www.subaru.com/badgeofownership/index.html

NO FAIR!!! Its for US only ImageImageImageImage

So... the call goes out to all aussie subie owners...email Subaru Australia & tell em how much you love your Subaru & would LOVE to get a badge of ownership Image

I will also be suggesting an offroad badge Image

Here is the link:
http://subaru.com.au/contact-us.

(US members could also write in saying how much they like theirs & how they dont understand how Subaru Australia is so far behind the US Image
...a little kick up the **** might help them lol)

So am I reading this right?? you can buy a "badge of ownership" badge to put on the back of your Subaru.. just so others know you own a Subaru

edit: just read it better.. you can tell others who many times you've been bitten

Its free :D But is cheap plastic sh*t. I have one, that a guy on Subaruforester.org sent over to me from the US. If it were metal it would be better but plastic and doesn't look very good. Didn't even stick it on my car, its in a draw somewhere. lol

LOL you would need at least 3 cars just to house your badges ... oh wait

I have noticed they have an outdoors badge but did I miss the surfing one.

there are people who make stickers on the board why don't they come up with Australian ones

yeah.. not enough room for the amount of Subies I've had or still own.

I wouldn't mind one with a 4WD theme on it.

All your badges are cheap plastic shit. Double sided tape will stick it to your car, try and get the black stuff probably from clark rubber.

Really, a dual range badge? I've not seen them, only the AWD badge. Got a photo?

I think you'll find that the number of subarus you own is in the number that's in the circle before the little badges that show your interest. And yes, a 4wd one would be awesome, if we came up with that, I'd look at getting one.

But with that said, those that are really into 4wd'n usually have a rear wheel carrier so it doesn't matter if it's on the back of the tailgate or not...

Cheers
