"What's that Dad ! "

Post by revmax » Sat Oct 08, 2011 7:47 pm

Says my 3 year old Daughter pointing to the window winder upper handle.
While I was fitting the speakers to the doors of my Brumby.
HAAA ! I thought. She has never seen one before.
Imagine that !
My 6 year old Son knew what it was cause our next door neighboughs car has window winder handles.

Holy crap!! For real?!

I've never thought about that... It's sad how the world's changing like this.

More technology in schools than there ever has been before and yet they wonder why our student's can't spell or write properly.

Cheers

Yeah it is sad. Met a guy couple of years older than me, COULDN'T read an analouge clock even with help, just had no idea.
That will be the same with car engines, By the time your son grows up mud king, unless they are introduced, they wont know what a carby is (they will know injectors).
Engines will be all sealed over by a piece of plastic, and only computers will be able to tune them. They will have no idea that you can do it all by hand Without a computer.

Defanately my plan, an added bonus, they wont complain, hassel, or talk back to you! Unfortunately they can still piss you off.
