water was barely touching the block... had to be alot deeper then that to hydrolock it.

That looks familiar - except I was on 27's and 3 inch lift in a deep puddle.

By the time I got out I was sitting below the water line in the driver's seat!! I got water in the intake too :???:

ALWAYS check the depth of the water you're about to cross through!

Good to see you've got it going though! Check your gearbox and rear diff oil to make sure they don't need replacing. You might want to save for new bearings all round now too :rolleyes:

Yep as Bennies says check/replace all your oils and I suggest re-packing every wheel bearing on the car that way you might not have to replace them in 3 months

I know that feeling.

As others have said, check (and preferably change) all your oils, regrease wheel bearings, grease uni joints (steering and tailshaft if you can). It'll only get more expensive down the track if you don't do these things very soon.
